Definition:
Business information that is the subject of reasonable efforts to preserve confidentiality and has value because it is not generally known in the trade.
Generic Name
Definition:
A word used by most people to name a class or category of product or service. No one person may have trademark rights to a generic name.
Cybersquatter
Definition:
Is one who knowingly reserves with a registrar a domain name consisting of the trademark or name of a company for the purpose of selling the right to that domain name back to the legitimate owner.
